Mission
The mission of the PRACTISE research group is to study and develop new
kinds of practical tool support for (object-oriented) software development. The
group develops underlying theories, principles and techniques, demonstrating
their practical value with prototypes. The research is carried out in close
co-operation with software industry. Currently the focus is on UML based tool
support, object-oriented forward and reverse engineering, graphical scripting
for software design environments, design and analysis of product-line
architectures and support for Java framework design and
specialization.
